Doing good so far. I did legs yesterday and a light cardio. I am very sore today, but still going to run tonight.

UPDATE:
Completed second running workout this week. 3.11 miles + abs (planks for 45 sec, russian twists on a ball and crunches on a ball, 2x15)+ stretching.
