So making a conscious effort today to make sure I get everything done. I have to push through this funk. I believe that funk is caused by TOM coming. It's just strange because I used to have better control over my moods and keep myself fairly positive and optimistic. I think one of the biggest problems I am having right now is that I am under a lot of stress. So I need to start meditating and such again in hopes that it will help. I know I will get there again...I just need to keep on working at it.
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Stretching today. It's somehow really relaxing for me and I really enjoy it. It doesn't burn a lot but it is super nice to stretch out all those muscles...especially when they are really tight. My calves have been really tight lately so it felt good. Maybe I should look into that body rolling thingy.
Plank: 10 second plank...this was actually a challenge because my abs are sore...I pushed through though and am happier that I did. I have to keep this motivation going!
Kettlebell: Wasn't able to get this in...got home really late last night and could barely stay awake.
