small increase but thats ok tom water increases hopefully i will lose double next week the most imp thing is that im in the right frame of mind gonna hit the gym this morn gonna attempt to do back to back classes spinning the body pump....might be pushing it a bit but i'll give it a go!
166.4 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
