Nothing like a little sweaty yardwork to make the weight go down.....or to dehydrate you a bit. :)
178.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice loss and what better way than while beautifying the yard. We need to do some yard work ourselves but are having rain in West Texas. Won't complain about the rain but our yard is in need of haircut! Congrats....

Yard work certainly is good exercise. BTW - Congratulations on losing your first 5 pounds! Hope the rest go quickly.
