Found out yesterday that McDonalds Iced Coffee is made with Milk and not cream, even though I have been asking for cream they still put 2% milk, that is about 40 carbs! Hopefully I have found my problem. I have also stopped eating the Atkins bars for a few days to see if that makes a difference. I was eating a Peanut Butter day a day, I didnt see a problem when I was eating the Mudslide bar....
