Well, I'm back guys, lol.

I fell off the wagon big time this past month, but I've recommitted myself to my goal, and I fully intend to see them through. I've regained about 12 pounds, and this is while contantly eating junk food, going on vacation, going out to dinner, and not exercising in the LEAST. I hope to take off the 12 pounds as quickly as possible now that I'm getting back on the eating right and working out religiously wagon. As a matter of fact, I'm going to the grocery store right now. Everything is as well as can be expected. I'm not too disappointed, after all it could be worse!

I hope everyone else is doing good, I can't wait to catch up to you guys.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 3.2 lb a week


12 lbs is not so bad considering all that you have lost. Welcome back.
