22again's Journal, 27 April 2015

Back on the healthy life plan again, no simple carbs, good proteins, low sugar, drinks only 2x per week. Last week had only 3 drinks total one wine on Sat, one cocktail and one wine on Sunday. One month to trip and I would like to lose 8 lbs.
138.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
