So my husband Jeff and I finally returned home from Wisconsin. It has been an extremely difficult month. I did my best to stay on plan and did pretty well for the most part, but a few of the days I went off plan in order to participate in the Ghost Feasts held for my FIL (he is Native American). I can feel that I am up a few pounds but decided to stay off the scale for a week or so because getting on it right now can only serve to discourage me in my weight loss journey. Each day we had approximately 3-4 hours of travel time in the car so getting my fluids in was not practical at all. I am just going to accept that I did what I needed to do under the circumstances and concentrate on moving forward on my weight loss journey. I am more determined now than ever before and I know that success is just around the corner for me. Happy losing everyone :)

Wow, you have already lost 15 pounds. That isn't a simple task. Don't let a few mishaps along the way deter you from going for your dreams. You can do this. And the Ghost Feasts sounds interesting. I have never heard of that before.
