HAPPY DANCE! I've lost one pound each of the past two weeks, and while I've been thrilled by the downward trend (any loss is great!) I kept hoping for a bigger payoff on all my hard work. I'm also competing with my hubby, LOL.

THREE POUNDS this week! In your face, idiot box!

You guys probably DON'T want to watch me dancing, but I am!

Oh! And my jeans have gotten so loose on me, I can pull them down without unbuttoning them. *dances around some more*
228.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great Report!!!! When we KEEP ON making healthy choices, EVENTUALLY the "idiot box" has to give in and own that we are NOT the person we once were!!! Congrats!!!

Congratulations & keep on keeping on Dreaming Angel. I know it's tough to deal with a disappointing visit with the Idiot Box, even when it is a loss; but keep building that better you. Stay tenacious. Keep beating your husband, but navigate the competition delicately enough to keep him climbing as well. And most of all, keep on Happy Dancing even after you have to start wearing smaller pants. I wish I was coordinated to do any type of dancing. I dance like a cinder block.
