Yesterday I attended Fandango in Floyd County VA. While the walking and time to socialize was great, it was very difficult to eat what I needed to. I consumed the general concessions/vending food as we always do at a festival, but found that it simple didn't taste as good as I remembered. In addition to the nagging feeling that I had consumed wasted calories, I found that I didn't enjoy doing it. New resolution: when attending festivals or other events stop and really consider what would satisfy my hunger and find someone to share it with. sometimes a taste is enough to satisfy. PS. Have successfully increased water intake this week, food journal, and praying before eating (with the exception of yesterday).
