Last weight was after I'd been up a couple hours, though I hadn't eaten. This is first waking weight. 13 stone 10 1/2 pounds. My first goal will be to slowly get down to 12st 8lb. That's 176 lb.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
