Wow what a difference a couple months makes. I started a new medication and it could be why I'm puffing up and my appetite increased. I need so bad to get back to the plant based diet so I'm trying again. Juicing is so amazing but takes so much time! Oh well. Gotta do something to get back down cause my clothes are all feeling super tight. ugh...
167.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
