Just a quick entry.
It was a very bad weekend in all aspects.
However today marks a new week. So all I can do is keep trying to feel better, emotionally and physically.
Grateful for
Family
Friends
Job
New days
Ability to learn from mistakes made

Just take a moment at a time. I know it sounds trite - but it works.

Stay above the sadness. Sadness will act like quicksand. It will slowly choke you. You are probably saying how? Dismiss it as soon as it comes up. Replace it with a better thought. Remember if you can not change it then don't dwell on it. It is about making you better. Think on what will make you better. Stay positive.
