attack of the veggies...

friday, july 17th for dinner was a ceaser salad with this hugh piece of grilled salmon...awesome good with a lynchberg lemonaid...

saturday - we got up late so no breakfast and no choc milk...stopped at wendys for lunch had a chicken boob no bun with pickles and mayo...unsweet tea - dinner i made sauteed shrimp with homemade alfredo sause and a salad, we went to paint creek and did some hiking around the dam and a trail or two...it was nice

sunday - cooked in the kitchen at church and made sausage,cheese and bisquit - i had 1/2 of one - lunch was skipped and dinner was leftover sausage ground in homemade tomato sause with ww pasta...

SO THIS WEEKEND WAS ABSOLUTELY NO VEGGIES...IM SOOOO BAD...

monday - back on track, choc milk, cranberry juice (still have the uti, the proceedure is july 31st) - skipped lunch and dinner was taco salads...yeah got the veggies in

tuesday or today...i start teaching my exercise class tonight...scared to death, so i probably wont eat dinner, stomach will be a mess...for lunch my boss is supposed to be here so i dont know what i will be doing...

and thats all there is...

Well looks like you are back on track. You will do great with the exercise class..don't be scared! Let us know how it turns out.

Hi Veggies! not sure when you changed your profile photo...but I love it! :) as for cranberry juice and the uti...thats actually a myth (my mom works at a doctors office...the amount of cranberry juice you would need to drink to make it worth while is crazy high - I love cranberry juice...so you can imagine my surprise when she told me that! hahah)...so if you don't want to waste the calories on it, then just drink a ton of water.

Yay! How cool you'll be coaching a class!! What will you be focusing on? I think something along the lines of the Shred would be good. : ) Good luck!

cheeks...the cranberry juice actually does work for me...within 20 minutes of drinking about 12oz...the pain is alot less and this does not work with water...i have gotten 4 or so uti's a year since i was 10 and this has always worked...lol...go figure... fake...im starting with walk away the pounds as some of the people are extremely obese and have problems even moving.... mbhpro...i hate the word "breasts" in relation to food, dont remember when i started calling them boobs...lol

My daughter drinks the cranberry juice and it works for her. She used to have a terrible time with infections and now she hardly ever does. Bravo for cranberry juice. They have one that has less calories, they cut the sugar down in it. Teaching an exercise is impressive. You will do just fine.

SUP, buddy? still avoiding the veggies? LOL I'll have you know that I was doing FINE eating chicken breast, even though I don't much care for meat, but now that you've given it such an APPEALING new name, I might have to reconsider my vegetarianism ways! hope you're happy bout that! :)
