I finally hit my stretch goal! I cannot believe the number is here! My life has completely turned around in a way that I never imagined!
I'm loving exercise, my new focus and energy, and the way that I'm able to inspire and motivate those around me. I'm teaching nutrition classes and will be attending school for my certification! Life is great.
One thing I've learned is that you should not abandon the short-term for your long-term goals. What I mean is that you really need to keep focused on the long-term goals. Sure, you'll struggle and have off days but the stress you put on yourself is totally unnecessary. Enjoy your life, stop focusing on the scale and focus on HEALING yourself. Stop introducing crazy diets, crazy foods, and focus on NUTRITION! Your body, your hormones, and your metabolism WANT you to be healthy. Only through this process, and regular exercise, will you reach and maintain a healthy weight over the long term.

Thanks all! And, yes, LindaLee14, it does take a bit longer but ultimately I want to maintain this lifestyle. All the crazy diets I tried over the years ALWAYS failed and I never had even come close to this goal. Taking the long-term approach, in my opinion, is the ONLY way to long-term success. :)
