Another lb gone!!! I just love when this happens! Happy! Happy! My birthday was super. No cake/ice cream this time. My daughter made yummy low carb chicken enchiladas just for me! :) I wish for a successful year of continued healthy living (and a new smaller me to go into new smaller clothing) and to embrace and enjoy each and every day!

How sweet was that of your daughter to fix you low carb foods..Now thats a good support system when the family joins in and does things like that just for YOU..Glad you lost another pound and your graph is

So happy you had a good birthday! I didnt have cake on my birthday either....just sugarfree jello with whipped cream lol. My husband put a candle on it for me. Isnt it great to have family support?
