Wow pleasant surprise stepping on the scale this morning. Definately motivated me to keep this up.
Like I said last night I have decided this week to do the following
1. Decrease salty foods
2. Do simple exercises in the morning

Grateful for
Supportive friends
New beginnngs
Fat secret
My tablet
My job
