Woo Hoo! 1 more lb gone. I wish I could loose faster than I have been, but I am thankful for the steady loss and this WOL. (And, I shouldn't have eaten that piece of cake while on my recent vacation.)
Tomorrow is my Birthday. I will be 52. My daughter was going to make me a low carb cheesecake from Linda's website, but I told her that I will be happy just to have my celebration w/family and have an Atkin's Chocolate Shake blended w/ice!
I am thankful for:
Becoming healthier each and every passing day.
My supporting husband and loving family, and my best friends.

Happy Birthday for tomorrow. I was a whole year off when I was 46 in fact I ended up being 47 for two years how bad is that LOL.....Congrats on your weight loss, especially you were away as well....so you did a fabulous job and as you say you ate the cake. I am with you sharing with family is way more important than what you have to eat......keep up the good work.

I have not been on f/s regularly and I missed your "day" but I personally think that birthday celebrations should start the week before and end a week after the actual day. So, Happy Birthday and party on!
