Did not get an opportunity (or truth be told did not make an opportunity) to ride my bike this weekend. The park I go to was closed as they were having boat racing on the lake both days this weekend. Should have planned around that. I did get yardwork done and will just have to consider that my exercise although I do that each weekend anyway. Still eating right and losing weight. Total of 17 pounds since May 3rd! I'm proud that I am continuing on without the benefit of WW meetings this time.
