Starting over today AGAIN. Thank God we constantly have the ability to shed the past and make new choices.

Going to the Twins game tonight so this will truly be a test for me on how to balance a healthy lifestyle with reality this time around. My reality is that I'm going to have a beer and a hotdog at the baseball game... and I can't wait!

155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
