Donuts sound like a great treat, so thank goodness my car is blocked in the driveway.👍 As my mother said, a moment on the lips, forever on the hips, but what a delightful moment.😋 I always go through great lengths to change my width.😁 Got up at 7, so so late for me. Last night two doors down they had a band that was so loud, you could hear it two blocks away, and it didn’t stop till 1 am, early for them. I could hear music coming out of my printer...I think the papers were jammin!😄 Then I awoke at 2 am with a street takeover, not too street smart as all sort of cop cars and the helicopter came out to shut it down. Hope they caught someone! What kind of glorious occupation do they have to waste their time doing this with good cars? Everyone has the right to do stupid things, but they’re abusing that privilege!😠 So now the barn cats were mad at me, the birds and crows were yelling at me for being late in feeding, it reminded me of the documentary I was watching on the feeding behaviors and biology of cattle..."Graze Anatomy".😆 Hubby caught one tiny fish in the best tournament he’s ever been in. All he received was a hurt and damaged pride. “Pride comes before the fall." -Proverbs 16:18. Will have to make him a humbling breakfast. 😁 Have a Stupendous Sunday!🌺 Attitude is the 'little' thing that makes a big difference.

I live in the boonies and have not heard of a street takeover. I think I would freak. But then the coffee donut holder freaked me out.

Street takeover here is the regular resident citizens stand up together and taking back their neighborhoods - while the police assist with drive by presence - and that is all that it takes ---- no difference if the resident citizen has a drink or two or even smoke "herb" because nobody harms another person on that street where they stand. It is kind of cool. If you wake up at 3 am - at least you have someone to talk to ! Happy Sunday. Interneting in Timmies while studying and looking at the ocean view with a belly full of chicken salad - Life is great.

NAVYWIFESKI, I read Diane’s post. 👍I know your doc was just being silly, but unless donuts have something like nuts, fruit, or even some oatmeal, I don’t see how they’re good for you.🙃 Flour and sugar is all they are, wait a minute they’re also DELICIOUS!!🍩😋😋😋 Plus, I would never use that mug, takes away coffee space.🤣 have a great Monday!🌸👍

Morticia, I would love to live in the boonies!! A street takeover is when the idiots, get out of their cars and illegally stop traffic from going through an intersection for maybe half hour, you’re stuck there. The intersection is clear now and they start doing donuts in the middle of it. People watching can get killed from cars going out of control, and often there are accidents while they’re trying to show off. Real nice way to ruin your car and your life! Idiots, idiots, idiots!!! They need to make that a felony! There could be someone on the way to the hospital that gets stuck behind these idiots!!
Just mindless!!! Make room for us, we’re coming to the boonies!😁😆

Jergens, they do it here about 2 AM when the streets are mostly empty. Yet, they also do it on the freeway which I can’t see how they block traffic to do it.🙃 I don’t think we have enough cops and they’re taking more away all the time, especially here in California. It’s just the craziest of times!🙃 Life is good and we are very blessed.👍☀️🌼

I live in northern Los Angeles, in the suburbs. Many of our intersections have tire marks from kids driving donuts in them. Even the small intersections. I haven't seen any street or freeway blocks, but there was a young gal walking across the freeway recently at about 10 in the morning, naked from the waist down. I was driving about 65 going to the store and it really shook me up. She was headed to the fast lane so she must have been high and very disoriented. Very, very scary.
