So as of yesterday I have been on Atkins for one week. My starting weight on June 9th was 240, my current weight is 230, and my goal weight is 140! 10 pounds down in my first week and 2.25 inches off of my waste. I am very excited to continue this journey and get back to the new me!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
