Today was day one on this diet and a success in my opinion. I ate healthy and had many power foods. Getting myself prepared for the workout to start tomorrow and gradually get myself ready for a P90X challenge. I am tired of people asking me when I am due when I am not pregnant, made me depressed and gain more weight espically in the belly area. I know I am pretty but I don't feel pretty with this out of control weight. I use to be a size 7 and wen to a 12 after my daughter was born 7 yrs ago. Did Jenny Craig and went to a size 9 which then I jumped up to a 14-16 a year later. I want to be healthy and in control of my body and I think this diet will help the best. Wish me luck!
