It is so hard to leave sweets alone any advice

The only thing that works for me is cold turkey. I've gone since January with no sugar. I know if I eat one sweet thing I won't be able to stop. I have to just think of myself as an addict and treat sugar as my drug. Trust me it's not easy, but every time I'm tempted I just keep telling myself if I give up now that's all that work down the drain.

I do just for today...Out of sight- out of mind. If I am sucessful...sometimes...I can have sweets if I really control the portion size. Being so open about it ...and asking for help...really does work. My best to you...

you might want to try the 100 calorie treats or even the Atkins treats and snacks. I love sweets So I know how hard it is. They help me stay on my 1500 calorie diet.
