Not sure why I didnt lose any weight this week. I really hate the scale..I mean I did bike 37.89 miles yesterday! give myself some credit. I'm pretty sure I followed the diet ok if anyone wants to give suggestions I'm more than happy to hear peoples advice. In fact it would be awesome. also i have been waking up at the crack of dawn for the last two weeks! Not for sure where thats coming from. It's a new week and I'm clean for for five years Today from meth addiction!!! wooo hooo..so i will not let the this little hiccup mess my day!
