20% body fat. Starting the Labrada Challenge.Going to hit the gym 4x a week for weights and doing some cardio along with the 4x.Then running and/or doing hot yoga when I am not in the gym. Hoping to get my body fat down to 15%. Hoping to put on some muscle as well. I have 12 weeks so we'll see.
105.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
