Tired and starting to catch something today. Really gotta push hard. Not sure if I can do the whole workout today, but I'll try.

**TODAY's Workout**
"30 Day Shred"
Chair Dips: 18, 18, 13, 22

**TODAY's FOOD**
BREAKFAST: Smoothie (frozen raspberries + frozen pineapples + aloe vera juice + guava juice + water + a teaspoon of homemade strawberry jam + vanilla extract)
126.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Try not to push yourself when your getting sick. You will weaken your immune system, which can only delay your progress. You can't exercise once you have collapsed in your bed, because you didn't listen to your body! :) ~Ann
