I get asked about loose skin a lot. And while it's annoying, it's something that I have. Yes I have loose skin, of course I do. Last year I weighed 280 pounds. Now for a 5ft. 2in. female (and this is according to many different charts so I'm taking an average here) I'm actually supposed to weight between 110 and 137. I was 140 pounds over weight. That's an entire person! I knew I was going to have loose skin. No matter what. But I try not to let it bother me too much. Because it's a marker of how far I have come. And honestly I'd rather it be loose and full of fat like it was before. Read this article, it's really good. I highly recommend it for anyone who is having issues with loose skin.

AWESOME article! Especially her before photo and what a transformation she has made in her life. And the same for you! I agree, I may not be at my goal weight but I can do things in the gym I have NEVER been able to do, and I will be 60 years old in May!
