i had a lot of treats today :( . I did some math rounded off (to the highst) nearest value and got this

apple (large) 150
Cheese bread 150
Cookies 350
Twinkie 200
nuetella bread 200
cereal 200
and ended with 1250 kcal

I might have made the kcal estimation too high but i dont care.Please i don't want to gain weight again.I am going to go work out now .Feel like it will help
115.5 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
