I feel really GREAT...lost another lb today! Bumping up the calories did the trick! Thank you all my FS Friends who have given me so much support.

Things will be changing in my life as my daughter and 3 grandkidlings will be moving up to Tacoma WA at the end of the month to be with my son-in-law who is returning home from deployment. I will miss them all very much as they have been living with my husband and I for 1 yr while he has been away.

Things To Look Forward To:
I get to go help move my daughter and grandkidlings to Tacoma WA AND take a nice vacation while I'm at it!

I will be able to clean out my fridge and pantry of all the foods that are not friendly to my WOL (& more room for my foods).

I will no longer have to cook two different type meals! Woo Hoo!!!

My grocery bill is going to dramatically decrease! (Sighing w/Relief)

I will have 3 extra bedrooms to do with as I please.

I can park my Mustang Mach I in the garage again (because it will not be used for my daughter's belongings anymore)

More quality time to spend with my husband 'ALONE'! :)

Hmmmm...AND lastly and most importantly...More ME TIME!

Wow, look at you go. You are really doing fantastic my friend. I know that having your daughter and grandkidlings move out will be a difficult transition, but you are looking at it in the right way. And the best thing is that they are getting their family back!! Hugs, and keep up the great work! Stef
