Why do I eat so much sometimes? I'm sitting here right now feeling all bloated and gross. I started a new week today with my weigh-in and my 35 extra points reset. I've already dipped into those extra ones...used 10 tonight for dinner and dessert :( I wonder when will I ever learn to stop eating once I'm satisfied? I notice a definate pattern of eating more on my days off. Almost makes me want to be at work more...and I know that's not right!

I know what you mean, I have the same problem, gosh we sound so alike, I think that is my downfall as well, eating more than I need to, and my biggest battle are days off as well. I just eat and go yeah I feel full, but I can still fit a little more, then I do and then I feel disgusting. I am training myself to eat slower, and I do this by reading a book or paper while I am eating (can be a little anti-social, but if you are eating on your own then thats okay), I drink when i eat so instead of having a drink on hand, I get up in the middle of my meal and go and get it so that also slows down my eating. It works sometimes, but not always. Well I hope your week gets better and hope this helps.
