Lost over 100 lbs now and my 6-pack is starting to look real good. At 17% body fat, and it keeps getting lower with little effort. No cardio, just resistance training at home with dumbells, and eating every 3 hours seems to have my metabolism at an all time high !
149.7 lb Lost so far: 93.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Atkins   losing 1.7 lb a week
