GlenFGroup Ride
I broke off early because of equipment adjustments. Got home no storm. They had to call for rides because of horrible storms. Weather is bizarre. The hills on this ride, they crushed me! Was elated that saddle kept tipping back, gave me excuse to bail. Don't know why my legs are creamed. New bike needs some adjustments. It has potential!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
