I went over my cal and carb intakes again. I really need to stop doing it, or I'm not gonna loss my weight.
Tomorrow is my weigh in and measurement day, I hope I lost something this week.

It's been 2 weeks and I'm still smoke free 😃, so I do have that to be happy about.

Way to go! Quitting smoking is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. Give yourself a pat on the back.

Good going on quitting smoking! It is a hard thing to do. I did it a few years ago after 32 years of smoking. But I wasn't very aware of what I was eating when I quit and gained 50 pounds in no time. Good thing to be watching and quitting at the same time.
