I was only able to get in 14 miles this week. I have a goal of at least 25 miles per week so I will have to make up for the lost miles this week. I will get 35 miles this week on the bike. Also I will stick to my diet and lose more than 2 lbs this week.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
