I wiggled and I jiggled and I sucked the fat in, but at least I got into my capris from last summer. I'm doing the grocery shopping today. Since I'm working all weekend, I don't have to worry for the Memorial Day BBQ overindulgence.
I have set up an exercise schedule. I joined the gym where my kids take Taekwondo. So, on Tuesday and Thursday for 1hr & 15min when I would usually be sitting around watching them, I will be on the cardio machines instead. On Saturday's I will be doing 1hr of Zumba (I just recently discovered how much I love it).
My goal for the next week is to actually do what I planned here :) Then maybe I won't have to fear the button popping off these capris.
