Itis family has moved in....Arthritis, Bursitis, Tendonitis and Plantar Fasciitis all in my right foot!! So no walking or cardio workout for a while. Got a cortisone shot today that should help and meds - I hope they don't make me gain weight!!
So in time hopefully this will get better so I can workout. I still have several low impact DVDs that I can do.
