Not much to say. Lost 1.5 pounds, which is about what I expected considering the rain. Running is creeping up, but I'm heading out of town for about four days. I will likely not attend as well to my diet, so the goal is to hold steady or lose a pound by next Wednesday. I'm not worried about it, and I've been able to sneak out for a ride in between storms here and there which has been good.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
