Started on 1 January 2011 at 244.4lbs. My wife inspired me to get on HCG with her which I did and followed to the letter for 3 weeks losing 21 lbs. Fearing that I would gain it back and not knowing exactly what kind of weight I had shed; I armed myself with some solid nutritional science and the P90X videos that a friend had given me. Today I broke through the 60lbs barrier and weighed in at 183.2. Yep, 61.2 lbs in just under six months. The best part is that it was all goo that I lost. I have gained muscle, lost fat and am still on a quest get to a healthier, leaner place. Figuring out a new goal based on body fat percentage instead of weight--somewhere between 7 and 10 percent-ish. 43rd birthday, 25th wedding anniversary coming up and I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to the inspiration of my wonderful wife,a book by Tom Venuto called "The Body Fat Solution" along with hard work, determination and Tony Horton. Bring it.
