Okay holding at 248. Not sure what to think about that but I'm gonna look at it as a positive that I have not gained. I did day one of my Couch to 5K plan and loved the fact that there was another woman on the track doing it also and struggling more than I was. So we became check in buddies. Which I see as getting all of the motivation I can to complete this program. Now the question is can I actually walk upright tomorrow? Too soon to say!
