This is crazy. I am holding now at 135 no matter how much i vary my exercise. Okay so I will make a new Goal 130 by june 30th.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Abs Diet   gaining 1.9 lb a week

Switch up your foods. Up your protein and fiber! Eat as clean as you can. Watch the sodium and processed foods. Vary your caloric intake! Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger ones. Drink ice water! Supposedly in some new studies drinking ice water makes your body burn more calories.
