ok so today is day 4. and i must say, I FEEL VERY GOOD and i am very surprised. today is also the beginning of me introducing exercise into my life as a daily routine. so! o and unfortunately i keep weighing like everyday, but the good news is..... i'm down 6lbs!! HEYY!!!!!!!!!!!! go me!
