well today is the start of the challenge at work and after work I'm going to get a gym membership.... I've been so bored just sitting at home lately and I really need to lose this weight. my whole body hurts from being so overweight and my back spasms are back once again.... well time to get to it!
217.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
