Not sure if I believe this scale, but sticking with the one I used last week. Put new batteries in both but one said I'm 160.4 and was higher last week too. Maybe need another new scale?
158.7 lb Lost so far: 56.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Our weight can vary based on our monthly cycle. I try to weigh myself once a month or every 6 weeks.

The body usually starts retaining water when your on your period, so try to weigh in afterwards.
