This week hasn't been as good-fam came to town and we ended up in hospital so running around to everywhere else but gym!

Goals this week:
Training x2 days
Weights x2 days
Card x4 days

Cheers to finding a time between work and hospital to get in a quickie workout... Gotta keep myself healthy too
202.8 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
