I convinced myself I was going to weigh more than last week due to some issues with irregularity. So 1.2 lbs lost was a great surprise. It would probably be even more than that if my damn digistive system would work the way it is supposed to!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
