Trying to refocus on my journaling, have been really lax lately. Haven't been to the gym, drinking more wine than usual. I still have not gained weight but............ classic goofy behavior.

I need to be much more tuned in, have been the same weight for months. Would be nice to break the 160's and move into the 150's. Not quite sure where I want to end up for a 55 year old grandma cause I know what I looked good at when I was young but I don't think that really applies anymore. I know I can weigh pretty much what I want to as I have been successful in a total transformation of my lifestyle.

I think now I am more focused on maintaining the weight loss, enjoying my new body and of course I am down 8 sizes from when I started. I haven't been in a size 10-12 since I was in my early 30's.

I am also finally giving myself permission to do the things I have always wanted to try but have not done because of my weight.

Yesterday I signed up for novice rowing lessons! Every morning when I drive across the Ship Canal Bridge and see the folks out rowing I have always wanted to do that. It looks so cool, being on the water as the sun comes up and enjoying nature. Now that I can easily get into a rowing shell and not have to worry about it sinking with my weight I finally took the step. Took me 3 days to decide it was ok for me to do this, crazy huh?

This is nothing but mind hurdles, this journey of weight loss and becoming the person you always wanted to be.
