Mood: Happy. I logged in all the food I plan on eating today. For me, it is good to have a plan and then be able to execute it rather than going through the day hoping that I stay on target. I have to do this with my money as well. It takes a bit of orgaization, but it is worth the peace of mind knowing that I am on track.
