Hello my journal. It is New Years Day and I am back on the train. Won't say much about the last 2 months. But, it was no consideration of moderation, abandoned. Whew.

Today....focused and understanding my brain is the game. Planning on banking on past long successes with a way of life. Lesson most recently learned: open doors and you can't get them closed. Stay firm and do what you know is the right way to live.

1. Eat whole foods, meats/eggs/pro, no sugaries and less carbs overall. Increase yogurts.Use bullet for more fresh drinkables. Lunch: yogurt/shake/salad/ breasts.
2. Log daily.
3. Plan 3 x week ex classes.
4. Order new audio CD inspiration.
