Yesterday I ate 31.5 points, only supposed to have 20, but I also had 4 points of exercise so that makes it 27.5 points. I will have to use 7.5 of my 35 extra weekly points so I have 27.5 weekly points left. Weight watchers is much easier than South Beach!
